We are a design-build shop, which means one contract and one team. Erin draws it, Dale prices it while she is still drawing, and the crew that builds it has been in the conversation since the first site walk. Nobody hands anything over a fence.

How it goes
Roughly two years, and we will tell you that on day one.

Site walk
We stand on the land with you. Half the important decisions are made by the site before anyone draws anything.

Design & permitting
Four to seven months in Deschutes County. Pricing runs alongside the drawings, not after them.
- 03
Construction
Eleven to sixteen months. We self-perform framing, envelope, timber and finish carpentry.

The first February
When the low sun comes all the way across the floor and you find out somebody planned that.
